Finding the right fit makes all the difference — in comfort, confidence, and performance. Our size guide helps you choose the perfect gear so you can focus on your game, not your kit.

Head

Start your tape at the centre of your forehead, run the tape around your head, under the bulge at the back of your head, keeping the tape firm but not tight.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level under the arms and across your back.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape measure level. Keep the tape firm but not tight.

Footwear

Measure from the tip of your toes to the heel.
